I am rating the breakfast, which belongs to the room at the TRIHOTEL, and the 3-course menu. The breakfast was okay, leaves little to be desired, but I didn't quite understand the corona concept. When we registered, we got a fork and spoon to fill up the dishes from the buffet with our own cutlery, but many things were already cutlery (roll tongs, spoon with honey, scrambled eggs, etc.) so your own cutlery lost a bit of sense. I found that not very consistent. The 3 course menu was great, we had a very friendly waiter who once again explained the dish when it was served. However, I found it a bit uncomfortable that the same lady who did the facial for me in the wellness area (i.e. in underwear, as is usual in the wellness area) later also served the drinks in the restaurant.

Incredibly nice and attentive staff, plus an extraordinary menu with new and exciting taste experiences! That was a poetic experience restaurant!

Despite long waiting times for the food, it was okay. But € 118 for two people is a bit very expensive.

But a lot of fanfare also only cooks with water.

First of all - the food is excellent and the taste leaves nothing to be desired. Super friendly and professional staff. There were two of us to redeem a Jochen Schweizer voucher for a candle light dinner worth € 80. As already mentioned, the dishes were great, but the surcharge, if you want a little more, is decent. 30 € per dish for a hip steak, on top of the 80 €. If you want more than (the good) basics, you dig deep into your pocket. Unfortunately, this was very unfortunate on the menu, as it is not clear that this applies per person instead of the “per menu”. What you got then were children's portions. Drinks were extra. You had the feeling that everything was somehow turned on. Even the (very tasty) nightcap was not free as in many good restaurants and cost almost € 7 at 4cl without us being informed about it. We found the experience rather disappointing, that we were offered far too little for the 80 € that the voucher was worth anyway and there was also no "candle" for the candle light dinner. The reason is supposed to have been Corona, although the meaning is not really clear to me, as the table was also equipped with a lot of other things, just not a candle. Conclusion Food really great, only price performance is not right at all. Everything overpriced. Portions tasty, but much too small. And with an 80 € Jochen Schweizer voucher, completely tossed out.

Unfortunately I cannot give this hotel any more stars. We booked and half of the necessary information was kept secret. The consultation with each other and with us was catastrophic and the food didn't come at first. If you have a lot of nerves and a lot of patience, the path should not remain blocked.

Very happy with the candlelight dinner 4-course menu! Everything perfect! Little tip for the apprentice: Not so afraid! You are doing great! Have more self-confidence. :-)

Food was delicious, unfortunately we could not use the grill buffet at the table, as you have special seats in the restaurant and this unfortunately not free. We would have liked it to be mentioned on the map or online as we chose this restaurant for that very reason. The service was great and they apologized to us, in the course of which there was a gang on the house. Thanks to the team

We had booked for 2 nights a room at the Trihotel and were completely satisfied. The wellness offer is extensive, the area is clean. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and has a pleasant ambience. The breakfast was rich in different choices. We also had lunch there for lunch. The menu is not huge but the food was delicious. Small selection in the day ticket but for high quality. On Friday BBQ was BBQ. We had not reserved, but were still recorded. The evening was a closed society and the normal Abendandrang from the normal Hotelgästen.Wir were quickly served and at no time had to wait long. Regards to the service. The salads and other delicacies at the buffet were very good. There was a large selection, also suitable for vegetarians. The grilled things also tasted great. Conclusion: Fast, friendly service, smaller selection of dishes in the day ticket, but for high quality. If you want to have a huge selection and large portions, you should not eat here. If you want quality and service and want to pay for it, you can eat well here. We had a pleasant stay and always delicious. Highly recommended. 4 stars and eigtl a half only deduction, because the dishes sometimes leftovers. The dishwasher is the only one who probably does not always feel like thoroughness. Nice ambience

Food was very good. Everything was clean and staff friendly.

Wait 90 minutes for food while they play a live stream of the kitchen on the wall while the cooks just talk to each other. They also send the sous chef with the bad feedback.

Great breakfast, really great quality. The staff very attentive and friendly. Small highlight the mega comfortable armchairs and a large screen that shows the kitchen. We will be back!

Super great service that takes care of its customers very authentically. The kitchen convinced with a really round 4-course menu. The location surprises with many great details and really cozy furniture. As no extra, projectors, screens and a camera provide a live insight into the kitchen. Highly recommended thanks to a successful concept! PS: We were also addressed 4 times whether everyone was OK - which is a bit pushy and skeptical.
